Conveniently located on the SE Corner of the Sandbridge Dunes Complex this is the ideal spot to people watch and enjoy unsurpassed views of the Atlantic from the wrap-a-round deck! This 3 bedroom 2 bath updated condo is just steps from the lifeguarded beach, Sandbridge Island Restaurant, Sandbridge Market ,and the Sugar Shack! Bask in the sun and catch some rays at the infinity pool or grill up a burger on the community grills.The Sandbridge Dunes has it all!
The primary bedroom, a King, has a double sliding glass door access to the balcony and full bath with jetted tub and seperate shower. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space, breakfast bar, and everything you need to cook a meal at home. The family room is comfortably furnished with a large sectional and has French door access to the large balcony. The perfect place for a cocktail and afternoon siesta. There are 2 additional bedrooms in this unit. A Queen bedroom and a bedroom with 2 Twin/Twin Bunkbeds.There is a large laundry room with a washer/dryer off the main hallway as well as a full bath with shower and tub.
The courtyard just outside the front door features a zero entry pool with a jetted area for relaxation and plenty of seats for lounging or snacking. There are also community grills to enjoy!
On the grounds of the complex, you'll also have access to a covered cabana, a grilling stations with picnic tables, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, two elevators, & covered parking.

The Sandbridge Dunes Condo Pools are open from Mid May to Late September (weather permitting). These dates are at the sole discretion of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association.
Pets are not permitted at the Sandbridge Dunes Condos.

Perfect location and condo for girl's long weekend trip. The condo was perfect for us, clean, comfortable and spacious with everything we could need. The complex seems to be well maintained and security is very good with the gates and codes. Plus the beautiful beach is right there!

My mother and I enjoyed staying at Sandbridge Dunes. The condo was lovely, great sea views, especially the sun rises. Easy access to the beach. Friendly people. The pool was great. Thank you. We plan to book again.
