As you enter the condo, you'll find the living space has been thoughtfully designed to capture the essence of
coastal living while offering a modern and comfortable retreat. The open-concept design seamlessly blends the
living, dining, and kitchen areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere. Decorated in a soothing color palette
inspired by the coastal surroundings, the ambiance exudes relaxation and serenity.

The indoor parking garage has a height limit of 6' 6". Large vehicles with rooftop luggage racks must park
in spaces outside of the garage.

There are strict parking rules related to EVs: EV Parking is NOT permitted inside the parking garage. Some
spaces outside the building are also restricted. Please follow the signs posted throughout the property.
Vehicles parked against the rules of the condominium will be towed.
