The Space:
Come enjoy relaxation just steps from the beach! Stay in a warm, inviting, and hassle-free vacation home on the quiet north side of an oceanfront complex. There’s no need to drive to the beach during your stay—A Beach Delight is just a short two-minute walk to one of only two lifeguarded beaches in Sandbridge. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, this 1,800-square-foot condo offers all the comforts of home and has been recently refreshed with a light and airy feel. The decor exudes a fun and relaxing vibe that will make anyone smile! The primary bedroom features double sliding glass doors leading to the balcony, providing a lovely space to unwind. The spacious kitchen boasts ample counter space and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a Keurig and a drip coffee maker for that perfect morning cup. The family room is comfortably furnished with a large sectional sofa and offers French door access to the expansive balcony—ideal for an afternoon siesta. A large laundry room with a washer and dryer is conveniently located off the main hallway. Step outside to the courtyard, where you’ll find a step-in entry pool for relaxation and plenty of seating for lounging or snacking. There’s even a grill for those enjoyable outdoor meals. The Sandbridge Dunes Condominiums are conveniently located on Sandbridge Island's oceanfront, within walking distance of local markets and restaurants. Rent bikes, surfboards, or kayaks nearby at Ocean Rentals to discover all that Sandbridge has to offer. Come stay and enjoy some fun in the sun at A Beach Delight! Things to Know Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided. The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Do not move furniture between rooms. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-00630 You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Great place! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and clean. The whole unit was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and proximity to the beach and market. We would love to book again!!

This is our second year staying at Sandbridge dunes. We love th e convince of being close to the beach and the pool. This condo had a homey feeling and was well stocked on different kitchen items as well where our last was lacking. It was very kid friendly. It could have used a little extra cleaning between guests but better than other experiences.

This condo is in a great spot. It’s directly across from the beach and Sandbridge Market, which has amazing donuts (if you can get them before they sell out)! Sandbridge Island restaurant is next to the market & was perfect for our first night after a very long drive in to town. The pool & complex are well maintained. I felt secure knowing the complex is gated with codes. Our unit was roomy & well equipped. The washer & dryer were great. The a/c & ceiling fans were much needed & worked well! Unfortunately it was not clean. We were able to text the management company & they helped. Overall we would recommend this unit for your stay in Sandbridge.

House was nice nothing worked right TV didn’t work in two areas , no Wi-Fi . Maintenance people need to get more knowledge on repairs. . No access to fitness area . Vacasa people you talk to didn’t knew how anything worked or how to get something fixed. No one at site followed any rules that where posted no security or anyone checking on site
