The Space:
Escape to this beautiful, oceanfront, corner condo in the heart of Sandbridge and admire gorgeous views of the Atlantic from each room and the wrap-around balcony. You'll never miss a moment of the sun and waves here, as the living room, the kitchen, the dining room, the primary bedroom, and the kids' room all have picture-perfect ocean views. It's a scene you can take in as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an afternoon happy hour relaxing by the sea. Inside, find designer decor and all the comforts of home. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and top-of-the-line kitchenware. Other features include TVs in every room (including big-screen TVs in the den and primary bedroom), high-speed WiFi, a children's game system, a game table, ceiling fans, and a jetted bathtub. Sandbridge Beach is just the beginning for beach buffs, with great golfing and shopping areas close by. On the grounds of the complex, you'll have access to a large courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool and a covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room with Cybex training equipment, and two elevators. Things to Know Charcoal grilling stations and picnic tables are located on the west side of the building. The charcoal and supplies are not provided. The parking garage has a height of 6 foot 4 inches. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. Electric vehicles are not permitted to park in the Sandbridge Dunes garage. This includes Lithium-Ion Hybrids and Lithium-Ion bikes. Electric bikes and any Segway toys are not permitted in the units. Vehicles must be parked outside and away from the building. You will need to park outside either in the North or West lot, Marlin Drive, or in the public lot South of the community. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-01141 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Very large unit. Nicely decorated and well stocked. Right across from beach with great views!!! Market is just across the street also… very convenient!

Was very clean and spacious. The view from the deck was spectacular! Beds and furniture were nice and comfortable. Excellent location with a market next door, but a quiet neighborhood. The only knock I would give it is the two back bedrooms could use better shades for sleeping that would keep out the outside light by the door.
