Cosy, serene, plant filled apartment, 25 minutes walk to the city centre

Cosy small flat in the heart of Leith. Close to the bustling street life of Leith walk and a 25 Minute walk to Holyrood, Arthur's seat, Princess Street and Calton Hill. The apartment lies on the second floor of a quiet, residential apartment building on a cobbled street opposite the local park. Local cafes, pubs, restaurants and large supermarkets are all within walking distance. The tram from the airport is a five minutes walk and takes 45 minutes door to door.

There is a separate living room and kitchen that is open plan. The living room has a large double sofa that seats 3 people, that pulls out into a double bed. There are two ottomans for additional seating and foot rests. There is a 42 inch smart TV.
The kitchen nook has an island that seats 3 with bar stools. There is everything you need to cook your own meals, spices, rice, pasta and teas are at your disposal. Plenty of bowls, pans, dishes and storage containers as well.
There is an oven, full electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and cafeteir.
The separate bathroom has a rainfall shower over a small but deep bath tub. There is a small sink.
The bedroom has a mezzanine bed where a super king size memory foam mattress with a memory foam mattress topper sits. There is a small floating shelf at the top with a lamp and plant. The mezzanine is reached via a secure ladder that is attached to the platform.
The bedroom floor is spacious as I use this as a yoga or exercise space, hence the large floor to ceiling mirrors around the faux brick wall.

There is unlimited WiFi

The bedroom, bathroom and living room / kitchen are free to be used. I have locked the box rooms and storage cupboards.
