Not being there the provider didnt response of my calls and messages. He send an email of cancellation of service that they cannot offer service on 25th dec same day of check in. And he returned our money. But its 2nd day i,m still waiting for my refund. Very careless people. I,m feeling like i have been scamed.

Never got to atay
Cancelled the booking when we were nearly there and only after I tried calling them, messaging them and e mailing them for details on how to get in. They e mailed back saying gas leak cannot come, the cancellation e mail I received later said double booked the property. 5 people with nowhere to stay.

The word stay I have possibly had in my entire life,never again!

Everything, the property is awful. Holes in the ceiling, mould on the walls and bathroom. Broken things, uncomfortable beds. No hot water or heating and extremely rude property owner who refused to support with anything. I was expected to sort the boiler valves out whilst there were thin wires hanging all around the boiler. This was extremely dangerous!
