About this apartment rental

*FREE PARKING IN NEIGHBOURING STREETS*

Cosy, chic and central one bedroom apartment with all modern amenities sleeping up to 3 people. Minutes walk away from the City Centre, The Royal Mile & Arthur Seat, Waverley train station and the tram terminal on York Place.

Set in a quiet street within a bustling area with lots of local amenities. Fantastic transport links to all parts of Edinburgh & surrounding areas on the doorstep.

The Royal Yacht is also a short bus ride away or a nice walk on a sunny day!

This cosy and welcoming ground floor apartment is peacefully situated to the rear of a traditional Victorian sandstone tenement building (1890) within Edinburgh’s popular and central neighbourhood of Hillside.

The apartment consists of a bright living and dining area, kitchen, shower room, bedroom and access to the shared walled garden where you can dine at your own outdoor table (weather permitting!).

The street is off the main road and is quiet with hardly any traffic and a lovely park.

Just around the corner are a good selection of shops including an excellent artisan baker/patisserie and a brilliant independent wine shop.

Metered on-street parking and some limited free parking is available in the area around this apartment however I recommend the apps “Just Park” and “Your Parking Space” where you can hire a space nearby.

The city centre (Princes Street) is 10-15 minute walk from the apartment and buses run every few minutes from the top of the road.

No other city has an extinct volcano in its limits, so climbing to Arthur Seat (which is minutes walk from the apartment), the tallest of Edinburgh's seven hills, is an essential activity for the able-bodied visitor.
While you are there why not visit both the Holyrood Palace and the Parliament situated at its base or take a walk up the Royal Mile to the Castle passing some wonderful shops and establishments on the way.
