Cozy studio apartment with AC and WiFi in lovely Paris

Excellent location, wonderful terrace to have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

We had a lovely stay here! Studio: A few helpful things to keep in mind: the place is tiny, but typical for a European studio. We had a TON of luggage and managed to make it work with some creative "plan-o-gramming" (;-).The Bed: Oddly comfortable for a pull-out couch!Noise: With the blinds closed and the AC running, it wasn't bad at all.Location: Wow! It's in a bustling area with dozens of restaurants and easy access to the metro (plus a decent walk to major sights). It didn't feel overly touristy, which we loved.Amenities: Washer (no dryer). The kitchen is basic—if you get creative, you could probably cook a meal, but we just stuck to the fridge and coffee maker. The Host: Great! Just give them a little time to respond to texts if you need anything.Overall, these accommodations worked perfectly for the two of us!

Amazing place! Jonas and Violeta were amazing. Just bear in mind that during festivals like “Fete de la Music” the streets are packed with wild parties. But on a regular day, I’m sure it’s a perfect location, central and convenient. The balcony is gorgeous!

Upon arrival we discovered the portable AC exhaust duct was disconnected from the wall vent and blowing hot air back into the room. My husband knelt on the floor to reconnect the duct. When he stood up there was sticky residue on his pants from kneeling on the floor. We knew the apartment was small but we were very crowded with just our two carry on sized suitcases. The portable AC was very much needed but it also takes up a corner of the already very small space.
