Situated on the 2nd floor without a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 25m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as Sainte-Chapelle and Notre Dame!
This studio is designed with open living and dining areas. The living space features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort, a table for two people, and a TV for entertainment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including a shower, towels, and complimentary toiletries.
For your safety, a smoke detector is available in the apartment.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

As for cinema-goers, they can enjoy the gigantic “Halles” complex, with its 27 theatres, in the “Forum des Halles”. For those of you who are a stylist or fashion fan, the luxury stores on rue Saint Honoré will not leave you indifferent. To go out, don't miss the elegant tea rooms in the rue de Rivoli, the Japanese restaurants in the rue Sainte-Anne, or the wide choice of fast food restaurants in the “Forum des Halles”.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
