Bedroom 4- Double Room with TV, French doors leading onto terrace.
Bedroom 5- Double Room with TV, French doors leading onto terrace.
Family Shower Room- Twin sinks, WC, and large walk in shower, towel heater and under floor heating.
Utility Room- washing and drying facilities, iron/ ironing board, drying rack and wash baskets.
First Floor (Ground Floor level access via entrance) includes:

Snug includes small desk /workspace if required

A very well presented, well equipped, clean beautiful house overlooking the Solent. All the rooms are spacious. The Snug leading to the decking was a bonus to sit and watch the Fastnet Race on the Sunday. The Hot tub was also put to good use.Only 25 mins walk into Cowes with it's numerous shops and restaurants. The 3 generations of our family plus dog thoroughly enjoyed their holiday here. We hope to be back and would definitely recommend this property.

The house was wonderful, so well equipped, clean, homely with amazing g views. The host was so accommodating and welcoming and has thought of ways to meet all of our families needs.
