About this farm stay rental
The ground floor has a large open plan lounge with wood burning stove, a dining area which comfortably seats 12, a conservatory, a large well-equipped kitchen, a utility and cloakroom, a games room, and a double bedroom with en-suite shower, ideal for those with mobility difficulties. Facilities include two Smart TVs with Sky, WiFi throughout. On the first floor there are 1 double bedroom with en-suite showers, 1 ensuite bedroom that can either be a kings size or 2 singles, a large family bathroom and a twin room. The second floor attic has 4 single beds. The front bedrooms and loft have stunning views of the New Forest.
Outside there is a private garden with BBQ and patio seating for twelve; trampoline and children's play frame.
Fully enclosed dog proof paddock.
Ample parking.
EV Charging available.
The one acre paddock, adjoining an existing equestrian facility, is also available should you wish to bring your own horses at £150 per horse (max 3) with rides out into the New Forest.

Extra accommodation for an additional charge in Arniss Lodge (sleeps 6).
Extra accommodation in a separate en-suite bedroom annexe(sleeps 2 - either in a king size or twin beds) for an additional charge in15% of the rental of the Farmhouse.
Extra accommodation in the Shepherds Hut (sleeps 2) available for an additional £200.
There is the possibility of also having additional sleeping accommodation by hiring our 1979 VW Camper ‘Jessica' which can sleep up to 2 adults and 2 small children in bunks within the elevated roof (only available in the summer months) at £325.
First basket of logs free then £7.50 a bag thereafter.
Charcoal barbecue available, please bring your own coals.
Towels and bed linen included
Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates can be supplied upon request.
Pets are charged at £40 each
A £250 refundable security deposit is charged to ensure against damage
Hot tub available to hire at £325 for a short break or £400 for the week.
Bike hire available in Fordingbridge
A wonderful welcome pack is provided which includes a bottle of Prosecco, New Forest Spring Water locally produced Tutti Fruity Jam, Biscuits, Milk, Tea & Coffee*. There is also a Discount Go New Forest card which can be used locally to provide discounts (when used with participating businesses). * Contents may vary.
Bookings are Friday to Friday for 7 night stays, Friday to Monday for weekend stays, and Monday to Friday for mid-week stays.
