Escape to our spacious 7-bedroom retreat on the edge of the New Forest, with just a short drive to the beach. Sleeping up to 14 guests across three floors, this home is perfect for family gatherings or group getaways. Enjoy two living rooms, a bright conservatory, and a large garden with stunning views of the iconic Sway Tower. Set in a peaceful location, you’ll have easy access to forest walks, coastal adventures, and charming villages. A perfect blend of space, comfort, and nature.
Our home offers plenty of space to relax, with two comfortable living rooms leading into a bright conservatory that overlooks the large garden and the iconic Sway Tower. The well-equipped kitchen has all essential amenities, including a breakfast table for casual dining. The main living room has a wood burner for those cozy evenings and a separate dining area equipped to host all your guests.
Across three floors, the home comfortably sleeps large groups. The first floor features three king bedrooms, two double bedrooms, and two en-suite bathrooms, plus a large family bathroom. The second floor offers a peaceful escape with a king bedroom, a twin room with a trundle bed, and a shared bathroom.
With four spacious bathrooms in total, an extra downstairs toilet, and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, convenience is key. Enjoy scenic forest walks, charming villages, and the nearby coast and award winning beaches.
We provide self check in with a lockbox safe on site for ultimate convenience. We will send out lockbox codes on the day of arrival.

Large group of friends getting together for a weekend - this was the perfect house for us and in a perfect location for all the best spots of the new forest! Beautiful with loads of space and lovely big garden for the kids and dogs. Host was also incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful!

Our stay was great. Never stayed in a holiday home that had room proportions of this home! The only reason I gave 4 stars for the overall rating was that on the first morning, we had no hot water. However, impressed by the way that this was resolved within a couple of hours as it required an emergency call out for a plumber in a bank holiday weekend.
