This beautiful and spacious 1 bedroom apartment is part of a modern development in York. The spacious interior is beautifully finished, featuring modern furnishings and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in the city.
This lovely apartment features a fully fitted kitchen, comfortable double bedroom, a modern bathroom and Wifi throughout - the perfect home away from home.
The Space:
This spacious apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings. The open plan living space features an equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to get creative with cooking from home, a dining table, sofa and smart TV. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for 1 additional guest if required for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking). There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The double bedroom has a comfortable bed with crisp hotel linen as well as storage space for clothes. The modern bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your use.

Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on a quiet road located just outside of York, it's just a 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride to the city centre, where you will find an array of shops, bars, restaurants and historical attractions. There are a number of parks on your doorstep, and a co-op supermarket just around the corner.
Getting Around:
The property is located a 25 minute walk from the city centre. Should you wish to rest your legs there is a nearby local bus that takes just 10 minutes into town. The main York Train Station, with links to other UK cities is a short taxi ride or 20 minute bus journey away.
Other Things to Note:
There is also a sofa bed in the living area for 1 additional guest if required for an additional fee (please select 3 guests when booking).
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available.
Please note you must confirm your check in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
