The place was easy to find, close to a bus route, there is secure parking, the place is neat and modern looking.
The cups and glasses were not clean.
The window in the bedroom doesn't seal, so there was a cold breeze blowing into the room.
The shower door does not open all the way, so it was difficult to get in and out of the shower.
The water pressure is also very low in the shower.

The apartment was very spacious, very modern and in a fabulous location.
The kitchen was very modern and was well equipped with utensils apart from a couple of essential items, which was reported and will hopefully be rectified. Large fridge freezer for longer stays.
The living area was again very comfortable, sofa turned into a bed (we didn't use this) and a small dining table.
The bedroom was huge with a large and comfortable bed!
I had to work during my stay and the WiFi was more than adequate with no loss of connection.
Onsite parking was a godsend!
No tin opener or oven glove.
The radiator in the hallway would not turn off and despite being small, made the apartment stifling, I have breathing difficulties so not great for me.
Also, no fault of the company, but other guests need to be considerate, the flat above us was extremely noisy, and was moving furniture throughout the night, scraping across the floor!
There is noise from traffic as the hotel is at the side of a main road, we are used to traffic so this did not bother us apart from needing to open windows due to heat!
Something we weren't aware of is that Student Accommodation is literally at the side of this complex, and arriving at Freshers Week, the students were understandably loud however this was noting that a good pair of earplugs didn't drown out!

The location. It was clean. Reasonably comfortable. We would describe it as functional.
We did not see anybody face to face. There were only two towels for staying a week. The kitchen was bare minimum. It was functional. It was not like a personal accommodation for rent. Yes there were utensils to cook but there was nothing else. The salt, pepper and sugar were all wee watchers like you would get from a takeaway. There was nothing else. No spices, oil, or anything to help like you would get in an Airbnb rental that was a private rental. The last place we stayed in as lads of extras and it was cheaper. If you want a functional flat where you eat out or have a takeaway then this is an excellent flat and a great location for town. If you want a home from home then this is not the place to stay. Also there was only one dish towel and the water pressure is poor. Again excellent accommodation if you are wanting a functional flat with an excellent location, but it is poor for a home from home.
