    Hotel ignored all our requests as we stay for 7 nights here, room is next to elevator or flashing hotel sign [first night] with car running all night. back yard the bar musica non stop till 2AM. Bathroom without ventilation caused the bedroom humid and smell mouldy. Definitely not back here again.

    I lived in there for two nights, in the first night, I found the AC sounds like a tractor and the window (even the shutters) couldn't be open. Therefore I asked the receptionist to change another room for me in the next morning. The new room was much better. However, when I came to breakfast on the morning of the day after, I found the ham on their dinner table was being captured by 100 ants and the boiled eggs were stinky, I report it to a staff I didn't get any apologize or solution until now. I think the only advantage of this hotel is it's location, you can walk to San bento or other viewpoints in a few minutes.
