About this house rental
Large (210 square meters), 8-room vacation home with a large (800 square meters) garden for families and groups of up to 10 people, just 16 km from Überlingen on Lake Constance. Überlingen is known for its charming old town and its kilometer-long lakeside promenade, which is always adorned with well-tended flower beds.
The spacious vacation home (Walnut House)
features a total of 6 bedrooms, 2 functional kitchens, a living room, 3 bathrooms, and 4 restrooms, and can easily and comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. A wood-burning Swedish stove in the spacious living area on the first floor creates a cozy atmosphere, and the extendable dining table seats up to 10 guests, allowing you to enjoy your meals comfortably with family and/or friends. When the weather is nice, you can have lunch or dinner served on the large, spacious balcony and enjoy the warmth of the afternoon sun. Alternatively, on cooler days, you can use the naturally bright sunroom. There are 6 bedrooms available, featuring a total of 6 single beds, 1 bunk bed, and 2 double beds. The main kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped with an induction stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine, while the kitchen in the basement features a ceramic stove and basic kitchenware. The main living room is equipped with an UHD Smart TV and a DVD/Blu-ray player; another TV is located in one of the bedrooms in the basement. There are numerous books and games suitable for both adults and children.
The garden surrounds the house with plenty of space for playing and barbecuing; a ping-pong table and a grill are available for your use.
By car, it’s only a 20-minute drive to Lake Constance, 30 minutes to the Upper Danube Valley, and 60 minutes to the Allgäu, Austria, Switzerland, or the Black Forest.
