Top Lage.
Das Bad ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Überall abgeplatze Farbe an den Wandfliesen. Loser Silikon und Reste von schwarzen Schimmel. Der Duschkopfhalter hängt lose an der Wand. Die Kaffeemaschine war noch voll mit benutzten Kapsen und Restwasser. Geschirr zu wenig und angeschlagen. Rolladen in der Küche war oben im Kasten eingeklemmt. Der Rolladen an der Balkontür ließ sich nur zu 2/3 öffnen.

Die Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, zum Bahnhof und zum See, sehr gute Betten, angenehm ruhig. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit (fast) allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Ort Langenargen hat uns mit seiner Uferpromenade, dem Strand und den Restaurants und Cafés gut gefallen.
Da es eine Dachwohnung ist, sehr heiß im Hochsommer. Hier wären Möglichkeiten zum Abschatten der Fenster (außen!) und des Balkons sehr hilfreich. Der vorhandene Sonnenschirm war auf dem Balkon praktisch unbrauchbar und viel zu klein. Aufgrund der Dachschrägen teilw. sehr eng, vor allem im Bad und im Schlafzimmer. Die Dusche ist für Erwachsene praktisch nur im Sitzen oder hockend benutzbar. Die Halterung für den Mülleimer sollte vllt. festgeschraubt werden ;-) Kaputte Steckdose (unterm Fenster) im Schlafzimmer. Fenster in Küche und Bad und die Balkontür klemmen (nicht richtig eingestellt oder defekt). Undichte Duschabtrennung!
