Amazing stay near Stein am Rhein

The apartment was very clean, spacious and the location was amazing for us. There are super markets nearby. Highly recommended.

Communication should be also in English to make jt easier for tourists but it was not a big deal.

Huge and tidy apartment good for up to 6 or 8 person

The apartment is extremely spacious, very clean and tidy. Amenities are great and in good condition. The two bathrooms, washing machine, and the full equipped kitchen are perfect for us. The apartment comes with 2 parking spaces in the basement of the building which is very convenient. We are a group of 4 adults stayed for 2 nights, the experience was quite perfect. The neighborhood is quiet nad peaceful, but right next to the main road although it does not feel noisy. There is a beautiful small island Werd which is just about 10 min walk away which is great for a short walk. The beautiful town of Stein am Rhein is about 10 min drive away.

1) Inside the small bathroom, there is a design flaw, that the glass shower door is too big and can barely open/close when a person is in the shower. 2) To exit the underground parking garage, there is a super sharp and narrow turn which is a bit difficult as we were driving a bigger car. 3)There is a construction site right next to the building but we didn't hear any noise when we were in the apartment in the morning and evening so it was acceptable except affected the view of the big and comfortable balcony.

Très grand appartement, pièce de vie avec grande hauteur sous plafond. Garage 2 places au sous-sol (max 2,2m). Moustiquaires sur toutes les fenêtres. Grand balcon. Cuisine très bien équipée. Deux douches, deux WC, une baignoire.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war wunderschön, super sauber und toll ausgestattet! Es gab mehr als genug Geschirr, Besteck..., Kaffee Kapseln, Spülmaschinentabs usw. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, hat Fragen vor der Anreise schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Wenn man etwas negatives finden mag, ist es höchstens die direkte Lage an der Straße, was aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern auch überhaupt kein Problem war!

L’espai és molt ampli, té molt bons acabats, amb molta llum i il·luminació natural ecològica. La cuina està molt ben equipada. La terrassa és molt agradable. El Parking és ampli, automatitzat i està al costat de l’ascensor. L’atenció del Markus en tot moment, pendent del que hem necessitat. Els lavabos una passada, amples, dutxes molt còmodes amb molt bona pressió i aigua calentona. La TV es veia molt bé, i el WiFi anava perfecte. Els llits molt grans i còmodes, cada habitació tenia un armari genial. La planxa de la roba funciona super bé, i el secador dels cabells també! La rentadora no feia gens de soroll, i els tancaments de les finestres eren de gran qualitat.

Un dia van entrar a l’apartament, sense avisar i al preguntar es van fer els despistats. Però clarament havien entrat i havien canviat el pulsador del WC (que funcionava molt millor). Algunes persianes i cortines no estan en el seu millor estat. La vitroceràmica ens va fallar un dia per sopar, el dia següent van venir a fer un reset i es va resoldre. Aniria bé tenir una altra còpia de les claus, ja que erem 6. Els llençols, semblaven més aviat les fundes, el tacte no era prou agradable.

Séjour agréable d’une nuitée, appartement bien situé

Facilité d’arrivée, taille du logement, nombre de chambres, très confortable et belle qualité de l’électroménager.

Vu la taille de l’appartement, immense, le tout donne une impression mitigée, manque de chaleur, manque un peu de charme qui se résoudrait aisément avec deux trois plantes vertes. La terrasse pourrait être magnifique mais en l’état ne sert guère.

房间超大，4个卧室6张床，可住8个成人。还有婴儿床。厨房超大，厨具齐全，还有电饭煲，电饼铛。2个卫生间，2个淋浴，一个浴缸。还有洗衣机，烘干机，晾衣架。房间装修崭新，干净整洁。免费停车场在地下，很安全，上楼有电梯。到莱茵河畔施泰因小镇很近，沿博登湖边步行，沿途风景优美，不知不觉就走到了。总之，是我们此行最满意的一家住宿，没有之一。如果有时间的话，真想多住几天。
