המטבח מאובזר ונעים, המקלחת נקיה, תהליך הצ׳ק אין מהיר ונח ויש חניה בחינם צמוד לדירה.
הדירה מתאימה ללילה למעבר לא יותר, הדירה קטנה והילדים ישנו על ספה נפתחת, כך שאין סלון ולא נח להתנהל יותר מלילה אחד. הדירה בקומה גבוה בלי מעלית, עם מזוודות זה קשה.

Appartamenti molto curati, puliti e davvero spaziosi. Molto comodo il check in e check out in autonomia.
Unica scomodità la posizione a circa 3 km dal lungolago di Friedrichshafen, abbiamo dovuto prendere sempre l'auto e i parcheggi sono a pagamento.

Das Gebäude liegt am Rand von Friedrichshafen mitten in einem Gewerbegebiet und ist gut zu erreichen. Ein Lidl ist fussläufig erreichbar und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr modern und großzügig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und Stockbett. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht und sogar eine Waschmaschine / Trockner Kombination.
Es ist niemand persönlich ansprechbar, auf die Rufnummer reagiert niemand. Vor dem Fenster zur Straße ist der Raucherbereich und dort wurde bis tief in die Nacht dermaßen viel gekifft, dass wir die Fenster schließen mussten. Die Räumlichkeiten sind leider auch sehr warm gewesen und ließen sich nicht herunter kühlen. Auch war es nicht möglich die Fenster vollständig abzudunkeln.
