This Hotel/Onsen was very relaxing with nice facilities. The Mikimoto pearl shampoo and body wash that was provided in each room was amazing. The Onsen options was amazing as well the Breakfast and dinners was very high quality and delicious. The shuttle that runs you to the station every hour was very convenient and on time. We had a fantastic stay.

There was limited American food on the buffet, but the food that was offered was good quality. The Asian options were extensive but for breakfast they do not appeal to us, however we do love Asian foods for lunch and dinner.

This inn is well worth the stay. Very peaceful and beautifully appointed. No western breakfast option. Evening meal was curated from regional ingredients. Very special
