This Resort was a pleasant surprise!! While looking for options around Sariselka, there were several choices for glassigloos and resorts.
Due to reviews and pricing , I picked this. But I made the best decision
This beautiful resort is located on top of a mountain and has ski resort as well. There are beautiful view points up on the hill with a viewing deck.
You can have the best views of northern lights ( in the season) here .
We stayed in an Aurora cabin and had the best views of northern lights. We could see it from our cabin itself. We also went on a Northen lights mini bus tour , which was an additional activity service available at this resort.
Restaurant in the resort has some very tasty limited but very good vegetarian options for dinner . Breakfast was really elaborate with plenty of choices .

Every part of this stay at Star Arctic was truly amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, including the driver to/from the airport who told us stories about the Auroras and life as a reindeer herder. The activities were so much fun, huskies were a highlight of the trip. In our last evening, the Northern Lights made a spectacular show and we were greeted with champagne on our return to the room as a special treat on our 25th anniversary. Truly, a once in a lifetime experience!

This place was amazing from the moment we arrived. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The accommodation was clean and beds were really comfortable. Views were spectacular and the excursions were all excellent.
