The design of the rooms and the food at breakfast is exceptional.
The sauna is poor, you need to enter from the local pub and it’s a bit far from the rooms, not somewhere where you go happily in bath robes in the freezing weather.

The hotel is new, clean and very cozy!
The overall customer experience with the staff felt quite basic, and they were not particularly warm or welcoming. In addition, it would be helpful to offer assistance with luggage, especially when everything is covered in snow, as it makes handling bags more difficult.
