Excellent location! The hotel is near to restaurants, pubs and K-market. And it is also near to Urho Kekkonen National Park, an excellent place to see auroras (low light polution and Auroras huts open 24h).
The reception to do the check-in/check-out and restaurant where the breakfast is served are in a different building than the rooms (around 10 min walking), which can be a disturbing distance if you are walinking with luggage.

The place is really central to all facilities, restaurants, trails and rental companies.
Walking for 200m to the breakfast with -20°C takes a lot of effort (but it is worth it)

It was very cosy and clean and it was in a good location, near to local amenities.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
It felt a little chilly at night in the room with no obvious way to change the temperature.
It was a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre to have our breakfast in the cafe there each morning. It wasn’t hugely problematic but not ideal. The breakfast was lovely though.

The log cabin is really fantastic. It’s really clean and we really enjoy the stay. The breakfast was very good. Love the meat ball.
Honestly speaking, if not because the checking in and out got to be done in the shopping centre, I would have given this place full mark. Can you imagine after getting off from the bus at the bus stop near the Holiday Club, pulling the luggages on deep snow to the shopping centre, although it’s only 350m ? And after registration you would need to drag again your luggages in the deep snow back to the cabin near Holiday Club. It’s totally not efficient at all to the guests. Same thing for the check out, you still need to walk in the snow back to the shopping centre. I can see that your cabins have lots of potential. Hopefully you would come out with a better system for check in and out.

you can easily walk to skiing resort as well.
