Love the location, easily accessible with a car. The log cabins were not too far from the reception. A very quiet and nice place to catch the auroras! Gave good variety of food for dinner, although some repeats here and there. Staff are very friendly and warm!
Some sleds for kids were broken and not fixed.

Location and lounge area.
The hotel changed the lounge area opening time reducing to 23:00 instead of 1:00 am.
The hotel changed/reduced the kitchen menu without notice leaving us with no options of snacks during the day.

Chalet was very well appointed and clean, loved the personal sauna. Easy to sort the hire equipment and book the activities. Activities were varied and professionally organised.
