    The hotel is charming and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Unfortunately, our first room had no window, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable at the beginning. Thankfully, the staff quickly assisted us and arranged a room change — their service was truly great. Still, I recommend checking this detail before booking. Another issue to be aware of is the noise. You can hear everything — from the street outside to other guests inside the hotel. It can make it difficult to get a good night's sleep or even take a quick nap during.

    I only stayed one night at Santa Casman but I would definitely return in the future. Great location at a great price. All of the staff were nice and check in was easy.
