The staff was trying so hard. It is greatly appreciated.
It is not a big deal, but the table is too small for those who need to use computer (laptop) for work or similar purposes.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location is amazing and very central – everything is within walking distance. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the shower worked well. You are given a key fob, so you can come and go whenever you like. Tip of the day: try the delicious hot chocolate with almonds from Šokoladna just around the corner!
The beds were not the most comfortable, but they weren't uncomfortable either. The bedding (bed linen) could do with an upgrade. It was clean, but it had clearly seen better days. Please consider investing in some new, good-quality cotton bed linen. We didn't have breakfast, so we can't comment on it.

Well located
Firstly, the room was not properly cleaned. When we came into the bathroom, we found hair from previous visitors piled up in the sink and shower. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom (the door lock was also broken). The room have not been renovated for a long time. The mattress was too soft, so your back arches when you lie down and it's very uncomfortable to sleep on. Poor communication between stuff. Had a misundersanding at the breakfast.
