Biplan City

The staff were super helpful and friendly. We needed to extend the stay and that was very easy to do (including keeping the same room for the extra night). I grew up the town and know it very well, the location of the hotel is perfect and easy to reach anything in the city centre by foot, also next to all important transport links for travel further out. Very quiet neighbourhood with amazing coffee shops nearby for morning brew. We did not have a chance to try the breakfast offered but were surprised to know it's included and staff actively reminded us about it during check-in. Staff were also very accommodating and supplied us with iron and ironing board on request.

The room layout is a little bit awkward to get used to (we were in the loft-type top floow room with angled ceiling, so kept bumping into it with our heads), I think flipping the layout with the bed on the tilted side would work much better. Also the king bed was just two beds joined together so kept sliding apart, and the mattress toppers were sliding off during the night. The room could benefit from a mini-fridge too especially during hotter days to keep some water in.

The staff were really polite and prepared to meet us. Rooms were clean and cozy, and you have everything you need for either a short or a longer stay. Breakfast was quite good.

Room was a bit noisy but then the hotel is almost next to the bus station.

Double bed is not really a double bed, but two twins. The mattress on top is too soft to absorb hole in between. So it was really uncomfortable.
