Apartment Away

Апартаменти перевищили всі очікування. Розташовані у районі лікарні на спокійній вулиці. Великий плюс - наявність паркомісця в підземному паркінгу. До моря біля 10 хвилин пішки, до старого міста біля 30 хвилин спокійної ходи. Поряд розташовані різні магазини (Spar, Lidl, Tommy), також поряд автобусна зупинка.

Domaćini su divni!Stan je odličan,moderno uređen,ima sve sto je potrebno;tablete za perilicu za suđe i za perilicu odjeće,kapsule za aparat za kavu,wc papir,fen,posteljinu,ručnike,toster,kuhalo za vodu…..Kreveti su jako udobni.Klime su u sobama i dnevnom boravku. Lokacija je izvaredna.10 min hodanja do plaže,20min do centra grada,a autobusna stanica je odmah tu.U sklopu zgrade je i odličan kafić,pored je konoba More (odlicna hrana sa normalnim cijenama),u zgradi prekoputa su rent a car agencije.Ducan Tommy je u neposrednoj blizini. Nice location. The apartment is not in the crowded center of Split but the distance is walkable and the nighbourhood is very local with good shops and restaurants close to the sea. The apartment itself is great for 2 friends travelling together. It is well equipped and has a nice terrace (no view). There are even 2 cafes in the building. The hosts are gracious and respond immediately.

Perhaps the hosts should leave instructions on how NOT to turn the water boiler off. We thought we turned the light off in the bath room and had only cold water for 2 days.

I stayed here for seven nights at the end of June and the beginning of July, and had a fantastic experience. Communication with the host was excellent from the start. I was able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated, and every question I had was answered almost instantly. The apartment is a modern, two-bedroom flat on the fifth (top) floor of a new building. Although there isn't much of a view, the spacious balcony more than makes up for it. The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has bunk beds, making it perfect for families with children. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, which worked perfectly and was a real bonus during the hot summer weather. The apartment is around 60 m², very clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet. There is a medical school opposite the building, but it was closed for the summer holidays, so the area was very peaceful. The location is also excellent. SPAR is only a five-minute walk away, Lidl is about 15 minutes on foot, and there's a small convenience store just 200 metres from the apartment. The nearest beaches can be reached in around 15 minutes by foot, or about 20 minutes if you're heading to Bačvice Beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and I really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts, including complimentary chocolate and bottled water in the fridge. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my stay. Considering it was peak season in Split, I thought the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split. Many thanks to the host for a wonderful stay!
