Apartment Away

I stayed here for seven nights at the end of June and the beginning of July, and had a fantastic experience. Communication with the host was excellent from the start. I was able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated, and every question I had was answered almost instantly. The apartment is a modern, two-bedroom flat on the fifth (top) floor of a new building. Although there isn't much of a view, the spacious balcony more than makes up for it. The main bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, while the second bedroom has bunk beds, making it perfect for families with children. Each room has its own air conditioning unit, which worked perfectly and was a real bonus during the hot summer weather. The apartment is around 60 m², very clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet. There is a medical school opposite the building, but it was closed for the summer holidays, so the area was very peaceful. The location is also excellent. SPAR is only a five-minute walk away, Lidl is about 15 minutes on foot, and there's a small convenience store just 200 metres from the apartment. The nearest beaches can be reached in around 15 minutes by foot, or about 20 minutes if you're heading to Bačvice Beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed, and I really appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts, including complimentary chocolate and bottled water in the fridge. Overall, I couldn't have been happier with my stay. Considering it was peak season in Split, I thought the price was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Split. Many thanks to the host for a wonderful stay!

Localización perfecta, se podía coger el autobús enfrente del apartamento( 3 paradas del centro). Nosotros fuimos en coche y lo dejamos en el parking. Aire acondicionado en las dos habitaciones, tiene un baño y un aseo, lavadora y secadora. Bastante menaje de cocina. Las camas muy cómodas, las sabanas y toallas de muy buena calidad y en cantidad suficiente. Muchos detalles que hacen las estancia perfecta( cápsulas de café, toblerone, agua y zumo frescos en la nevera, detalle de bienvenida ).

Nada. Todo estuvo perfecto. Es uno de los mejores apartamentos en los que me he alojado.

We liked that the apartment was very spacious and had a private parking. We had everything we needed, water, coffee, tea, even got some chocolate in the fridge. It was great to have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Also the location is close to the beach. There are restaurants and markets around.

It was a bit tricky to open the front door but other than that everyting was ok.

It was a great location for us as needed an overnight stay near main hospital. It was easily accessible, clean and had washing machine and dryer (which was essential!). The host allowed us to check in quickly after booking and was really friendly!
