Fantasia spacious and cosy apartment close to the sea

Muy completo..cerca del centro y de las playas. La propietaria Katarina muy amable. Nos dejó hacer salida tardía ya que nuestro vuelo salís por la tarde.

El único pero es un vecino del piso de abajo que tiene encencida la tele todo el.día y noche y molesta para dormir

The staff is very kind and helpful. The house is nice, well-equipped and the room is relatively clean.

The location is not so easy to find, and I couldn't find it even with Google Maps. We finally found the place based on the pictures the staff gave us. The garbage disposal was very noisy in the early morning, so I didn't sleep well

The owner is very friendly and helpful, willing to answer and help us for every detail issue we had in Split. Apartment located in an easy access place where can easily travel to downtown by many buses within short time. A big supermarket nearby, very convenient.

Loud TV noises from neighbour sometimes can be heard when sleeping

I really enjoyed my stay. Host was friendly and attentive and check-in was smooth. The apartment is very clean and tidy and perfectly situated, about twenty minutes walk to the Diocletian Palace and downtown, and a short walk to swimming at the Trstenik and Ovcice beaches. There is a Tommy and Muller (grocery store) a block away, a nice Cevapi stand, and an awesome late-nite burek and krafne (Croatian donuts!) window. Lots of restaurants nearby. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook full meals. Split was in a heat wave so during the day I kept the blinds drawn and the window cracked and the apartment stayed cool. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and it was strong enough I only turned on the air conditioning once. The library in the living room is nicely stocked. Mornings reading a book in the kitchen nook over coffee was very chill. Lots of locals in the building and everyone was friendly (and patient with my attempts at speaking Croatian).
