Apartment is newly refurbished and lovely decorated, very comfortable and cozy. It is located on the second floor in older apartment building, without elevator. We had everything we needed and loved our stay there. Included parking place in front of building was great bonus for us. Location was just perfect, few steps from bakery, market, cafes, restaurants. Also in walkable distance from Poljud stadium, old center or beaches (20-25 mins). We would definitely come back again!
The only thing is, that garbage collecting car was too loud early in the morning one day and woke me up. But I am a bit sensitive to noise during sleep and didn't use my earplugs that night... This is not negative (you could expect noises like this), just might be useful for somebody to know.

Que todas las habitaciones tenían aire acondicionado y TV. El baño muy completo y con lavadora
El colchón de la cama de matrimonio era bastante incómodo porque se hundía ya que eran varios colchones finos solapados.

L'appartement est très joli, il ne faut pas s'arrêter à l'immeuble qui est en lui même assez laid et vétuste. L'appartement est moderne et bien équipé. A 20 min à pied du centre historique et de l'embarcadere pour les îles.
