Appartement très confortable, bon couchages, équipement parfait jusque dans les moindres détails mais mal insonorisé.
Très propre et très bien équipé. Décoré avec soin, tout est neuf. A une distance raisonnable du TVM qui permet de rejoindre la ligne de RERB ou le métro 14.
Résidence très mal insonorisée, on entend très bien les voisins . J’ai cherché la boîte à clef un bon moment, avant de comprendre qu’il n’y en avait pas, le code est à faire directement sur la poignée ! :)
