Depa Batab

Stuff was helpful and communicated well. We arrived and entered the apartments with no issues. There's a big supermarket a minute walk and the neighbourhood felt safe.

Issue with water pressure. Not enough toilet paper. In one of the apartments, mattress needs to be changed ASAP.

-Large apartment, plenty of space -well equipped kitchen, -large backyard/common area, -brand new supermarket opened across the street -local restaurants easily walkable -TV worked well -strong and quiet AC

-solar hot water means no hot water unless it's sunny, the day before was overcast and no hot water in the morning. this was only with 2 of the 3 units occupied. i had no hot water in the morning before checking out in December. this really takes away from the apartment for me. -water pressure very low in shower -pool doesn't appear to have a filter or a pump, manually skimmed. it's a big bathtub rather than pool. -no pool lounge chairs or comfortable outdoor seating -my apartment was changed due to low shower pressure, from katun (on the right) to the batab (in the middle). the right apartment had a lot less furniture (no couches as shown in pictures) -Wifi didn't wprk on my phones, was faster using cell data -it's a long walk to the centre. the sidewalk varies in quality along the way (generally gets worse further away from center). generally i preferred to walk C41 at night (better lighting, more shops)

- Good location close to lots of street food, restaurants, fruit shop and grocery store, and it was super easy to hail a cab from the street corner 50m from the front door. - Very good information from the owner, and we had very good communications with him during our stay. - It was very easy to find street parking and we often parked in front of our own door. - The neighborhood was very safe and I could easily walk outside, alone in the streets at night.

- When we arrived, the place smelled of mold and was very hot. Nobody had turned on the aircon or even opened a window in a while and it took all day to air out the worst of the smell. - Some days, the internet was very slow, and sometimes would cut out altogether. However, this is probably nothing the owner can do anything about, as internet speed and reliability is often depending on local physical infrastructure and would be the same for the entire area. - While we were there, a couple from Mexico City showed up on their honeymoon and advised they had booked the same place, but on a different website! They were very surprised to see us and a bit upset. After a little while we managed to get hold of the owner on Whats-app and he spoke to them and after a while they rove off and did not return. It all felt very strange. What if we had been the ones showing up as number two?! Then we would have been the once who would have needed to find other accommodation last minute, which can be expensive. We felt really sorry for them, especially since it was their honeymoon!

Son adecuados los cuartos y es espaciosa como lo describe la publicación.

Tiene muchos puntos negativos. 1. La atención pésima, reservamos la habitación Batab y no pudimos entrar, terminaron cabiandonos a la Nacom. 2. El refrigerador tenía comida de los huéspedes anteriores. 3. Las luces de la piscina no servían por lo cual no pudimos usarla apenas se oculto el sol.
