We had an ac issue which the tech came out quick just had to order parts.

Location, location, location. It was clean and well taken care of. The provided amenities were nice, although the kitchen utensil variety was a little less than usually experienced.
Don't want to be a complainer - but the coffee pot did not work when we arrived, and you could really hear kids running around in the unit above.

Location was great. Right next to the beach.
The steps up to the room were a little steep. Other than that it was great.
