Fijn appartement met geweldig terras en bbq. Alles wat je nodig kon hebben was in het appartement aanwezig. De auto stond veilig in de afgesloten parkeergarage. Een aanrader!

Lampen in de woonkamer waren niet echt sfeervol. Maar verder was alles erg goed.

Velmi pekny a cisty apartman, priestranny s velmi dobrou polohou, blizko Brna. Velmi dobra komunikacia s majitelmi. Verim,ze nebuduce vyuzijeme na dlhsi pobyt 🤗

Bydleli jsme v malém apartmánu v přízemí se zahradní terasou. Apartmán je skvěle zařízený, parkování je v objektu před terasou. Jedno z nejlepších ubytování co jsem zažila.

Nelíbilo bych neřekla, ale do postele se dostanete jen ze zadního čela, protože postel vyplňuje celý prostor "ložnice", což pro nás 66 a 71 let byla výzva 😆

Very well outfitted kitchen. Nice bathroom and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. Lots of storage space to unpack for a five night stay. The bus to downtown Brno is super convenient, and have a grocery store close by made for quick shopping.

We were excited to stay in what appeared to be a modern and well-equipped apartment, but the experience fell short in several important areas. The “bedroom” is actually a small walled alcove just large enough to fit a mattress, with only a curtain at the foot for separation. It’s fully enclosed, aside from two small ceiling-level openings that seem intended to help with airflow—but they were ineffective, and the air inside remained noticeably still and stuffy. This setup lacked not only privacy but also adequate ventilation, making it an uncomfortable sleeping space. The fold-out couch in the living area was also very uncomfortable, so the apartment didn’t work well for accommodating more than two people. The terrace was another disappointment. While it appeared inviting in photos, in reality it was located directly beside the parking lot and fully visible from neighbouring balconies above. It offered no sense of privacy and didn’t feel like a comfortable place to spend time. Ventilation throughout the apartment was limited. The only sources of fresh air were a patio door and a single window—both on the same wall—providing minimal cross-breeze. When we arrived on a hot day (32+°C), the indoor temperature was 26°C, and although the listing indicated the apartment came with a fan, it was missing. We spent a very uncomfortable night before a replacement fan (an old and noisy one) was brought the following day. Even with the door and window left open overnight, the temperature only dropped to 24°C by morning—along with traffic noise. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the misleading listing. The grouped advertisement describes the three apartments as “fully equipped” and with air conditioning. Only by carefully reading the fine print does it become clear that the terrace apartment lacks AC and includes just a fan. This lack of clarity led us—and likely others—to assume that all units had air conditioning.
