Bardzo przyjemny apartament, dobrze wyposażony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Ciekawym doświadczeniem było parkowanie na platformie, którą auto jeździ w górę i w dół :)

Když chcete jít do centra Brna, je to moc fajn pozice. V okolí je i dostatek parkovacích míst. Ubytování je pro 2 osoby v pohodě, pro 3 to bylo opravdu tak na jednu noc. Byt je nový, moderní a čistý.
Bohužel mi nepřišel první email, kde je údajně popis jak se dostanete do apartmánu. Doporučuji zkontrolovat, zda jste obdrželi tuto informaci, protože na adrese nemáte šanci samotný apartmán najít. Je trochu nepohodlné, že klíče jsou uloženy ve schránce na jiném domě. Ale to je drobnost. Možná tu chybí mikrovlnka, ale byli jsme na jednu noc, tak jsme si bez ní poradili. Postele jsou opravdu tvrdé, nemluvě o přistýlce, ale tady je to opět individuální co komu vyhovuje.

A new building with all facilities, private garage place. Balcony facing the inner yard. Clean. Comfortable (although a bit on a harder side) beds. Sufficiently well equipped kitchen. Located not far from the city center. Several groceries around. Friendly host (responds quicker via WhatsApp than to Booking.com messages).
The keybox is located on another building several dozens meters away. After I drove there to take the key, I had to make a big circle around the block to return to the house. Lingting is good to create a cosy atmosphere, but may be a bit dim if you plan to read, especially in bed. No microwave, no TV - not a surprise, they are not listed as equipment. Maybe absense of TV is a plus? :-)
