La situation géographique : Excellent emplacement au cœur du quartier Confluence, tout est accessible avec la gare Perrache à qques minutes et le tram au pied de l'immeuble. L'espace et son calme : la pièce de vie est spacieuse et lumineuse, l'appartement est situé au calme à l'opposé du boulevard. La propreté et les équipements disponibles : mention spéciale à la literie très confortable avec sale de bain attenante comme à l'hôtel
La gestion par une conciergerie que je n'avais pas vu au moment de réserver m'a déplue surtout lorsque je me suis aperçue qu'une empreinte bancaire de 300€ est indispensable pour accéder aux consignes d'accès et aux usages pratiques de l'appartement j'aurai préféré le savoir avant. La déco mais là c'est surtout une affaire de gout :)

Appartement super, bonne literie et avec parking. Emplacement au top proche commerces et transports publics
L’accès au parking est un peu étroit. C’est un peu cher si on veut dépasser les horaires
