DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT.

DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. The photos are completely inaccurate. The apartment was disgustingly dirty, the bedsheets had a bad odour, they were stained and covered in hair. The toilet seat was broken. There was mould in the bathroom. The shower was dirty. There was hair in the sink and on the walls. The kitchen hob was covered in dried crumbs/stains. The apartment had completely different curtains and was half painted, there was not clothing rail or storage unit or any nice decoration items like the flowers/vase. It looks like they used AI to generate photos for this apartment. I was also charged a non refundable 20 Euros upon check in which was not mentioned in the listing. I contacted the host who ignored me so I called booking.com at 10pm on the night we checked in to file a complaint. I took photos of everything and I have escalated the complaint with Booking.com.

Everything. It was a dirty apartment and nothing like the photos.

Alors tout d’abord, il n’y a pas de casseroles, que 2 poêle, pas de torchon, pas de cafetière ni de micro-ondes. Appartement insalubre (cheveux dans la douche, sol pas aspiré à mon arrivée. Je n’ai pu avoir aucun compact avec les personnes qui s’occupe de l’appart. JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS !!!!! Et je comprends pas pourquoi booking le met encore sur le marché et surtout a ce prix là. À FUIR !!!!

J’ai dut prendre un autre hôtel tellement que c’était horrible et lugubre 😡

Non de très mauvaise qualité , on se croirait dans un film d’horreur, très lugubre booking devrait pas le commercialiser.

ne pas prendre ce logement, je déconseille fortement.

ne ressemble pas aux photos publiées sur booking, un gros manque d’hygiène (salle de bain salubre, matelas inconfortable avec des ressorts qui sont apparent, l’état des oreillers moisies, le mobiliers détériores/cassés, l’eau chaude au bout de 3 min de douche plus rien, et j’en passe), propriétaire désagréable (aucun geste commerciale sur le bien défectueux mis à disposition). J’étais obligé de quitter les lieux pour prendre un hôtel sur ma deuxième nuit en vue de la catastrophe que c’était. ce bien ne devrait même pas être publié sur le site, HONTE AU PROPRIÉTAIRE !!!

Chambre louée 2 fois et aucun remboursement

Alors que j'avais la confirmation de ma réservation (n° 6843438867), lorsque je me suis présenté, ma chambre avait été louée à une autre personne. Le n° de téléphone que j'avais reçu lors de cette réservation (+330764071430) n'est pas attribué. Heureusement une personne arrivant en même temps que moi m'a remis un autre n° que j'ai joint. Après avoir eu une hôtesse qui a dit me rappeler, j'ai reçu un sms me disant qu'ils avaient eu un problème de planning, et c'est tout, aucune solution de rechange et toujours pas de remboursement
