Lokalizacja super, poza tym łatwa do otwarcia skrytka, fajnie że są rolety. Znajdował się płyn do naczyń, patelnia, garnek, czajnik, mydełko do rąk, ręczniki papierowe, naczynia i sztućce. Komfortowa sofa w salonie. Wygodny prysznic, jeśli chodzi o wielkość brodziku. Brama działała, lecz pobrane zostało kilka zł z konta przez operatora komórkowego.
Klatka schodowa strasznie zaniedbana, początkowo strach było chodzić po schodach. Brzydki zapach, który swoje centrum znalazł w lodówce. Nie jest wspomniane, że łóżko w sypialni jest jednoosobowe. Skrzypiąca podłoga w niektórych miejscach i próg między kuchnią, a salonem. Niestety dużo kurzu było na parapetach, stolikach i szafce.
