Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, samo poddasze ładnie wykończone i urządzone, zwraca uwagę duża, wygodna łazienka z prysznicem. Na miejscu są ręczniki. Pościel świeża i czysta. Jest czajnik, lodówka, brak kuchenki, jest taka jednomiejscowa do podłączenia do prądu. Na pewno dużą korzyścią jest parking za bramą na kilka samochodów.
Niestety ogólne bardzo przyjemne wrażenie psuje wysokość całego pomieszczenia. Tylko w najwyższym miejscu jest względnie wysoko, że nie trzeba się schylać, ale zdecydowana większość pomieszczenia jest niska lub bardzo niska. Dość powiedzieć, że do łóżka (które jest w wydzielonym zmyślnie schowku a'la szafa) wchodzi się na czworaka. Nocleg dla 4 osób ta max limit, żeby względnie wygodnie spać.
