Czysto, schludnie, przestronnie i znakomita lokalizacja - odpowiednio blisko centrum a zarazem w w odpowiedniej odległosci aby była cisza. Parking przy ulicy ale zawsze jest miejsce. Wygodny, odseparowany od innych dostęp do mieszkania. Pokoje odpowiednio wyposażone.
Drobne braki w wyposażeniu - tylko jeden ręcznik, brak noży kuchennych oraz płynu do mycia naczyń. W pozostałych zakresach wyposażenie wystarczajace.
