Posizione super centrale, nel cuore di Ortigia, vicino alle calette dell'isola C'è il condizionatore che in estate è la salvezza e un piccolo cortiletto interno utile per stendere teli e vestiti La cucina ha tutto l'essenziale
Non dipende dalla casa, ma ortigia è interamente ztl quindi l'auto è da lasciare in uno dei due parcheggi all'entrata dell'isola, che si trovano a 15 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento, il che però dà l'opportunità di scoprire ortigia nella sua interezza Se no c'è il pullman che porta vicino casa Unica pecca della casa, il congelatore è assolutamente da sbrinare, tutto ciò che veniva messo in frigo veniva totalmente bagnato dall'acqua del ghiaccio sciolto in superficie

Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla Fonte Aretusa e al Castello Maniace. Tutti i principali punti di interesse di Ortigia sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, così come ristoranti, bar e negozi, rendendo la struttura un'ottima base per visitare la città.
Migliorerei l'isolamento acustico della porta e della finestra, sostituendo i serramenti attuali, che risultano un po' leggeri e realizzati in legno, con infissi più performanti e dotati di migliori caratteristiche di isolamento acustico. Questo intervento contribuirebbe a ridurre sensibilmente i rumori provenienti dall'esterno, migliorando il comfort abitativo.
