מיקום פצצה לבילויים, ממש קרוב לים לחוף גאולה ולכל מה שיש לכרם התימנים ולשוק הכרמל להציע. דירה נוחה ונקייה מאוד, מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך כולל מכונת קפה עם מקציף ומכונת כביסה עם ייבוש, מזגן עבד מעולה, וכמובן החשוב ביותר - חלון גדול עם אוויר טוב ונוף שווה לים ולשקיעה !!! הייתה התחשבות וגמישות בלוחות זמנים מכיוון בעלי הדירה וזה עזר לנו ופינק מאוד. ממליצים בחום !!! נהננו מאוד 🤟

הדירה מעט רועשת כי ממוקמת על הירקון, אבל בגדול זה לא באמת הפריע וגם קחו בחשבון קומה 3 בלי מעלית אבל גם זה היה ממש פרט שולי ביחס למחיר ולתמורה.

As much as i want to gatekeep it But i think you need to checkout this accomodation Super considerate Host he let me stay for additional 9 hrs for free.... With complete ammenities free drinks some chocolates feels like home....

We absolutely loved the apartment. It is located one street back from Jerusalem Beach and has a view of the sea so you can look at the water while enjoying drinks or a coffee. There is a bus stop directly outside which gives you easy access to the train station and other parts of the city, even with luggage. Carmel Market is a very short walk away and is particularly enjoyable on a Friday afternoon. The apartment itself contains everything you need for a holiday stay - we didn’t cook but noticed that the kitchen was well equipped. There are also some nice treats provided - chocolates and drinks in the fridge - as well as a very generous supply of coffee pods, toilet paper, washing detergent etc. Another highlight of the apartment is the owner, Ariel. His communication is fantastic and he always answered any questions promptly and helpfully (eg translating the Hebrew washing machine instructions). We enjoyed meeting Ariel when we were at Carmel Shuk at the same time on our first day and had a great chat and drink together - thank you! We also particularly appreciated Ariel organising a mid-week clean and linen change. As we stayed for a full week, I’m not sure if that service would be available for shorter stays. Overall, I would recommend the apartment and unreservedly and look forward to staying again.

The apartment is on the third floor and probably up 7 flights of stairs. While we didn’t mind this given the copious amount of food we were consuming at the Shuk, this could be a problem for some.

I had a really great stay. Ariel was a wonderful host, very kind, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting to the beach. A nice bonus was the capsule coffee machine, so I could have a coffee each morning.
