Lovley Apartment close to the beach and Carmel market

Don’t be fooled by the building entrance. Like many classic Tel Aviv buildings, it has an older exterior full of local character. The apartment itself, located on the ground floor, is completely renovated, modern, comfortable, and absolutely spotless. We are a family of four with two boys, aged 13 and 10, and the apartment suited us perfectly for our 14-day stay. It has a comfortable bedroom with air conditioning and a TV, a clean bathroom, and a compact but well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a Nespresso machine. The living room is spacious, also has a TV and air conditioning, and the sofa converts into a comfortable queen-size bed. There was also a single bed already set up for us, which was very convenient. Having both a washing machine and a dryer made a huge difference during our two-week stay. The location is close to perfect and was the main reason we chose this apartment. You’re just a two-minute walk from the beach, Carmel Market (Shuk HaCarmel), and a convenient parking garage where we paid only 30 NIS for 24 hours. There are also plenty of mini-markets, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the neighborhood. Finally, Natali was an outstanding host. She was always responsive, kind, and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place in Tel Aviv.

The property was well kitted out, especially liked the kitchen and lounge areas. Location was great - just a few minutes walk to the beach and Carmel Market with a lovely coffee shop right nearby and access to major shopping streets such as Allenby and King George Street. The host was really great - super responsive and helpful. Nice fresh towels were great!

Endroit très agréable à proximité d'une épicerie aux prix tout à fait abordables et d'un café génial au service impeccable. Appartement en rdc près du shuk ha carmel et d'une aire de jeu pour les enfants. Plage à 5mn.

Останавливались на неделю в апартаментах с мужем и мамой. Апартаменты в отличном месте: в 5 минутах рынок с разнообразными продуктами и товарами, пляж с классным и чистым морем, автобусная остановка. Сама квартира чистая, соответствует фотографиям и описанию, есть все необходимое, арендодатель всегда на связи и помогала, если возникали вопросы.
