The location is excellent. It is right in the middle of Frishman. Closer to the sea and surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and parks for my kids to have fun.

Absolutely nothing Whatever was needed to make our stay comfortable in the apartment was provided.

The staff, Dyan, Marvin& Jal were in contact via WhatsApp. They were excellent when we couldn't figure out the TV, & making sure the company had a copy if my passport so we didn't pay VAT & letting us know how to leave the apartment so not to have extra cleaning charges. The location is excellent for getting around the city especially if you enjoy walking. Felt very safe there.

The neighborhood is noisy with traffic at the corner, adults who party & lots of kids & dogs.... but that is city life. I did not understand that 2 bathroom meant one full bath & on toilet in a closet. It is pictured in the advertisement but I just didn't get it. It was OK as there were only 3 of us but would not recommend for 4 or more.

The apartment itself is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. It is very central and a close walk to the beach. The beds are very, very comfortable. Plenty of towels are supplied. This apartment is very luxury and highly enjoyable and very clean. Good Wifi. All in all this apartment is wonderful, luxury, a dream... The apartment itself is perfect if you look for a great holiday and we recommend it highly.

- The apartment is more expensive then the usual apartments we book during our visits in Tel Aviv, but we booked it cause we wanted to have some extra luxury for a few days... However in the end it even costed extra cause there was made a mistake somewhere between the apartment and the credit card company with the payment. Additionally the apartment reported our credit card to booking.com for not-paying... Shortly after reporting our credit card somehow it seemed there was made a mistake and the apartment did have our money (which they withdrew not at once, but in 3 portions)... However by then we were not allowed to use our credit card at booking.com for further bookings for the rest of our travel, cause we were reported as 'not paying'... So we contacted the credit card company and they said the apartment made the mistake while withdrawing the money, the apartment said the credit card company made the mistake... We ourselves don't know who made the mistake, the credit card company or the apartment but we spent over 250,- Euro on phone calls to the credit card company and booking.com to solve the issue... Hours on hold and on waiting in both companies. According to booking.com our credit card could only be used again if the apartment showed them proof of payment... The apartment said they let booking.com know we paid, booking.com until our last contact last week says the apartment didn't. Once again: we don't know who was right or wrong but paying a lot for an apartment and additionally over 250,- Euro on phone calls is a real bummer... We removed our credit card from booking.com and then re-entered it, so we can use it again. However the stress that all of this caused ruined a lot of the fun of staying in this great apartment for us. - The apartment itself has one issue that's negative: If you put on the A.C. and close the bedroom door then there is a huge noise, which mostly dissapears after you open the bedroom door.
