The location itself is undeniably fantastic between the Carmel Market and the beach. The apartment is perfectly comfortable and was clean upon arrival. We were supplied with plenty of sheets, towels and pillows for all of our guests. The washer/dryer was a great plus (just know to empty the water in the collection bin). The building and apartment itself felt safe and secure and the lobby was cleaned daily.

Renters who need parking should know in advance that the building parking is via an elevator system and as such, only a very small car can be parked. With our larger car we had to scramble around to find daily parking in Tel Aviv which is an absolute nightmare (and costly). Be aware that there is a huge construction site literally right outside the balcony. The noise is loud and constant throughout the day. With that being said, the apartment has good soundproofing and as long as everything is closed up, the noise is not bothersome. Basic items were missing or low in quantity. We had to buy toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap and paper/rags/sponge for kitchen cleaning within a day or 2 of arrival. This apartment is fine for 5 adults (if one is willing to sleep on the couch). A super stretch for 6 (thankfully my teenagers were willing to squish).

It’s a 2 minute walk from the beach and a very comfortable and beautiful apartment with all of the amenities you need.

There was nothing I didn’t like! Maybe next time provide some better coffee for the morning ;)
