Very beautiful, specious and light apartment well equipped, very clean and perfectly located in a beautiful building with sweet cats in the courtyard.
The gate for the building is open most of the time and quite people like to visit that courtyard as it was in a famous TV show so it feels a bit less private. Initial communication can be better organized.

1. Месторасположение хорошее (куча ресторанов, рядом рынок, 10 мин. до пляжа), но ночью шумновато (окна одной из комнаты и балкон выходят на проходную улицу) 2. Квартира хорошая, но в ванной нужно обновить лейку и удлинить шторку. 3. Рядом (в начале улицы) есть отель с подземным бомбоубежищем (-2 этажа вниз).
1. Коммуникация с хостом: информация о том, как получить доступ пришла за 2-3 часа до времени чекина. И то, после звонка с нашей стороны. 2. Информация о ближайшем подземном (!) бомбоубежище не была предоставлена. Хост рассказал, что в соседнем здании можно спрятаться под лестницей на 1-ом этаже, но в контексте ситуации с Ираном этого недостаточно.
