Stay Portland - The Tiny Oasis Steps to Local Coffee & Restaurants

This tiny home in the back of a house is clean and comfortable. I had no trouble finding street parking. Good bed. No yucky plug ins! Easy walking distance to all the Alberta neighborhood has to offer, and easy short ride to the airport. Washing machine was a nice convenience, privacy shades and general aesthetic well done. Communication with host was top notch.

Lack of anywhere to hang clothes

The property was very easy to find, clean, and provided kitchen amenities. Instructions for check in were very clear and our host was very responsive to messages. As two young female travelers we felt safe at this location. The only thing was that the wifi didn’t work while we were there which was absolutely fine for us but just something to keep in mind.

A microwave for restaurant leftovers would be helpful.

cheaper than hotel farther away from conference and free parking on street and clean inside.

the directions were not clear about checking in especially late at night telling us the lights would be on. Well they automatically shut off at 10:30 (not told that) and how to get in, well if you explained we could just "swipe" that would have be nice and which building it is. Middle is not the answer as thats not clear especially in the dark and they are labeled by numbers. Pictures outside would have been nice since there is no room back there since it is dark and all crammed in there. Noisy with a bar around the corner and not feeling that safe at night.
