Location was great for seeing a show at Polaris Hall!
Would’ve preferred on property parking (not available) instead of street parking, but not a huge problem for us.

Great location in terms of being so close to the theater we were in town to attend. It had all the amenities we needed, kitchen, fridge, laundry, shower. Super cool to stay in a tiny home for the first time.
It needs a new coat of paint, pretty much everywhere indoors. I could tell it’s been occupied a lot based on the wear and tear on the walls. The bed was reaaaally hard. Some extra mattress pads and foam would greatly improve the comfort level.
The kitchens close by smell terrible and half a block away are many dilapidated, boarded up, and tagged buildings making it feel less safe.
