Beaumont Bungalow

I love the location of the property. The house was also the right size for my stay. It was easy to work out of and walk to things in the area.

The lock on the front door kept failing to work. The refrigerator didn’t cool and the freezer was broken. I couldn’t keep things in the refrigerator because it was on its last leg. The tv was too old to really use with my Roku which wasn’t the worst but it was odd. The kitchen wasn’t really outfitted well, the pans were old and not really enough. The furniture was work and there was too much of it in the main room. The customer service I received when the lock on the house didn’t work was really bad. It took three. Customer service people to get me to the pace they gave me the emergency keys. My dog was inside and needed to go for a walk. They had no ideas what the right code was and then changed jt without telling me.

Location. Good layout. Nice kitchen. Good selection of books and suggestions about where to eat. Well stocked kitchen.

No railing on steep front steps. Wobbly handrail on back door steps. Not ideal for seniors.

This place is in an awesome spot and a great deal for the price. The house was spotless, and the host was super helpful. I’ll definitely book it again when I’m back in Portland!

Can't say there was much that neeedd improvement. It was all great.
