Stay Portland - The Tiny Saguaro - Walk to Local Shops & Eateries

Not exactly what I expected. But the ability to contact the property management was awesome. And they did everything they could to make this stay work.

Very clean and cute inside. Great location. Easy parking and entry.

A little tight and iffy getting into and out of bed.

I liked the experience of a tiny home and the location was amazing, the house had everything and more you needed and was really clean and comfortable.

Although i enjoyed the tiny home experience, the sleeping space was very hard to get in and out of, even for me at 5'2 it was a lot more snug than i expected when it came to the space between the bed and the ceiling.

The location is very close to stores and restaurants with easy walkable streets, having a washer dryer combo was very convenient, the full size shower was great and staying in a tiny home was unique.

It was fairly dirty (ants were everywhere and we had to use ant traps, previous occupant’s trash wasn’t taken out, couch was dirty and full of crumbs and hair, there were tons of spider webs), it’s missing some basic appliances for travelers like a microwave and tv, the bathroom vent fan didn’t work. Most importantly the check-in process was horrendous. You have to submit personal credit card and biometric data including facial scans to an AI assistant and then wait for somebody to approve it remotely, possibly from another country. Not only is this invasive and unreasonable, but it took a very long time and I was left standing outside by the front door for almost an hour in the dark and cold weather before being granted access.
